BELOVED
The God of the universe
The same God that paints the sunsets
The same God that made the world
Has chosen to call me His beloved
I did not have to earn His love
He pursued, wouldn’t let me go
I rebelled, I thought enough,
Then He called me His beloved
I felt His love envelop me
A love so unconditional
Had never felt so great a peace
I knew it was a miracle
If I listen when I pray
I can gently hear Him say
‘You are mine”–I feel so blessed
Knowing I am His beloved
My role in this is to be-loved
Not because of who I am
But because of who He is
God is love
I am beloved, I am His

What a wonderful word “Beloved”
Why am I called His Beloved? Not
because I earned it, not because I am
worthy. I sin everyday.
What have I ever done to deserve that
unconditional love?
The Bible says
Beloved, now we are the children of God.
He loved me first, He chose me. He died so
that I would receive Him.
The Holy Spirit.
John was the “the beloved disciple” who
leaned on Jesus during the last supper. Who
was given the honor to take care of Mary.
He was the one disciple at the cross,
I humbly accept being His beloved.
Undeserved, unconditional love.
I am filled with joy and gratitude.
1 John 3:2
“Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it
doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we
know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like
him; for we shall see him as he is.”
