1 Timothy 4:12:  “Don’t let anyone look down upon you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.”

There is hope in our youth.  They can and will accomplish great things with God leading the way.  It is our job to not discredit them nor judge them. To lift them up.  Support them.  Pray for them.  Encourage them.  And let them find God’s voice on their own.
