Hey all,
I posted back in June, asking for prayers for my Great Dane.
Tomorrow, we have a vet appointment where we will most likely be putting him down.
His condition has gotten worse in the last few weeks.
He cannot walk without help. We have to pick him up to stand. Even then, he falls over a lot. There are days when he can’t walk at all.
A few days ago, I was picking him up and he gave me that look that animals get near the end that says, “It’s okay, Momma. You can let me go, now.”
Asking for prayers for him, his journey ahead, and us, and our journey ahead.
So appreciated.

I am very sorry and will be praying for Gods best for your dog. How old is he, my father was a dog lover on the farm cause he love to hunt and 8 dogs. He always say his old and I want allow him to suffer.
I am so very sorry. As parents of furkids it’s the hardest decision we have to make. My thoughts and prayers are with you 🙏🏻😞
So sorry to hear about your dog. I too am a huge animal lover. I know how hard this is to go through. I am praying for your dog, you and family. I believe we will be with the companion animals again in heaven. God created them just for us, so I believe He is caring for them in heaven until He reunites us with them again one day. I pray you find comfort in God’s word, your family and friends. ♥️🐾🙏

I’m so sorry for what you are about to go through but it sounds like your fur baby is letting you know it’s time. I know you have lost other pets and you love them dearly. So I’m praying for a smooth transition as he crosses the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge and that he, as well as you and your family, will be in the best hands ever.

So sorry, we lost our fur baby suddenly in January. It is so hard to watch them hurt. Even harder when they are snatched away. Hugs
I have had to do that with 3 cats. my last on had been with me for 22 years and was a russin blue that always traveled with me and prefered a leash to crate.
I learned how great it is to share the memories GOD gave me .
Father God…. thank you for your creatures and how they love and comfort us. Give this family peace to let this one go home. Give this family supernatural peace and comfort and long forgotten memories too.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge
There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth.
It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of all its beautiful colors.
Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows, hills and valleys with lush green grass.
When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place.
There is always food and water and warm spring weather.
The old and frail animals are young again.
Those who were sick, hurt or in pain are made whole again.
There is only one thing missing, they are not with their special person who loved them so much on earth.
So each day they run and play until the day comes when one suddenly stops playing and looks up!
The nose twitches! The ears are up!
The eyes are staring and this one runs from the group!
You have been seen and when you and your special friend meet, you take him in your arms and hug him.
He licks and kisses your face again and again – and you look once more into the eyes of your best friend and trusting pet.
Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together never again to be apart.
I am so,so sorry for loosing your pet, My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family…so hard to let go.

I had the similar situation in Febreaury this year, my border collie had passed on and it is a difficult time for me, even till now, I miss her so much…

I am so sorry, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your Great Dane. For many of us, our pets are our children and have become a very important part of our families. They ask for nothing from us, yet they somehow present us with a type of love that can only be described as unconditional. Whether our pets are here on earth or in another dimension, the energy of love cannot be broken. Ever.! It helps to remind us that although our pets are not physically present after they cross, they are ours eternally.
Such a hard road, lost my lap dog in January! Praying for comfort!
