Questions for Matthew 2:1-2
6) The Magi were from the east and were looking for the King of the Jews to worship. I would like to know everything about these Magi: where they were from exactly, what they were wearing, the length of their trip, why they decided to follow the star, etc.
7) In many ways. Obviously, by need, but also by nature, and a need to find a higher purpose than myself. God draws people through His unconditional love, the convicting power of the Holy Spirit, the truth of Scripture, and the life-changing gospel of Jesus.
8 ) Today, Jesus is in heaven seated at the right hand of the Father until he comes again. Unsure about others. Perhaps, some may say that Jesus lives within the hearts of believers, is present everywhere, or exists merely in historical memory (unbelievers).

God drew the Magi to worship Him with the star in heaven. God drew them to Him. Lord, do the same for me!

I am 91 years old, I went to a Catholic boarding school when I was five years old and stayed there for eight years. For 8 years it was mass everyday, communion everyday, confession once a week, it was God all day long everyday but I never saw a Bible. When I left there I did not want to hear anymore about God. However God was not through with me, He pursued me into the jungles of Belize and His unconditional love at about 30 years old finally got through to me. Now I cannot get enough of Him, I opened the Bible for the first time and opened the door a crack and that was all it took, I am living proof that God never gives up on us.
Just want to add that the 8 years I spent in Catholic boarding school I really appreciate how it disciplined me and made me who I am today. I have no regrets for those 8 years.
