3a) Ezekiel was an exile in Babylon (a lof of Judah had been exiled at this time). It was during the reign of King Jehoiachin. The Lord was with him. 2 Kings adds that Jehoiachin did evil in the eyes of the Lord.
b) I’m sure it was not pleasant being an exile in a foreign land. I’m sure he was doing his best to be faithful to the Lord while being surrounded and captured by pagans. He may have been depressed, anxious, losing faith in God, questioning God, etc.

Thank you Atoz, I got your first lesson. I think I missed Day 1. These are my answers to Day 1.
My first impression is sin brings consequences but despite God’s punishment for sin his love and hope for the exiles was always there. I think that is what the old testament will be about, God’s love and faithfulness in spite of our humanity and failures. I loved what it said
“But the hard truth is glorious; we have not yet arrived at our home”.
It encouraged me to know that God never stops loving us no matter what we do. He accepts our repentance always. My response is to worship and praise him, the challenge is to find more ways to stay in His will and spend my life pleasing Him by spreading His word.
I am hoping this lesson will help me grow in my relationship with God and apply His truths in my life.

Thanks to cell phones, facebook and owning his own business, he was able to stay in contact with her. He moved her here & bought her a house. She was going to tell me about this if he didn’t pay her 100k. Long story short- I gave him the exit and after 2 weeks they were over. There’s more of course i 22 years. I’ve raised my kids- both are in college. I’ve been divorced for @10 years. I’m comfortable alone, and I don’t want to be with someone unless they are Christian and wonderful. I’m thinking about looking at a christian dating site. I’d rather God set us up. Any thoughts?
