I have to mention one more thing about pointing out Jesus;’s lineage,
To be honest, I always look at those genealogy pages and have wondered why they are there. But then you realize the purpose…. To prove the lineage of Jesus in the case of prophecy being told about who He had descended from to make sure their lineage verified they were of Jewish descent. If not there things they could not do in regards to the temple. God knew that would be important information so He made sure there was no doubt in anyone’s mind. Isn’t God amazing!!!!!
