Questions for Habakkuk 1:1-4

3) Habakkuk asks God why there is evil and violence in the world and yet He does nothing about it.

4) We have very similar questions today. Many wonder why evil is allowed and sometimes without justice in our lifetimes. Many wonder why there is so much bad when God is so good.

5) I learned to wait on God and His answers. I also learned that I usually will see His reasoning for those troubles in hindsight. I must wait patiently for the Lord and pray. That is really all I can do.

Conclusions to WordGo’s Study of Habakkuk 1:1-4

When we want to know when the pain will end, we take comfort in the fact that God is with us always, through the pain, and He’ll be there when the pain ends. There is a purpose in our pain. That we must believe in the moment of the pain.

Evil exists because flawed humans cannot perfectly keep the law. This is where the shining light of Jesus comes in and saves us all!
