Summer Bible Study: WordGo’s Study of James: Week 1, Day 1: James 1:1-18

Summary of James 1:1-18:

James tells us that trials develop perseverance to mature us. Ask God for wisdom and believe you will receive it. We all will fade away.

Those who persevere will receive the crown of life. God does not tempt; desire tempts that gives forth to sin and subsequently death.

Every gift is from God who does not change. He gave us life through His Word of Truth so we can be the firstfruits of creation.

    1. Hey JoAn!

Once you sign in to WordGo, you’ll choose the James study and then click into the first week. You can print them once you get there from a desktop computer.

  2. What I learned from my life’s trials is disappointment, grief, despair, bitterness, pessimism and anger. I could have certainly done without this part of my “education”.

  3. I downloaded WordsGo, do I need to create a new account to sign in? Or I can use BSF account ID and password. Please help.

    Thank you.
